The Avengers Line-Up Is Changing Post 'Age of Ultron'

By: Dave Clark

So you've seen the trailer for Avengers: Age of Ultron right? Pretty dramatic stuff going on and such. It seems like its possible we could lose a few of our favorite Mighty Heroes before its all said and done in the battle against Ultron. If you were thinking this...you MIGHT be right. Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige spoke with Buzzfeed about the upcoming Superhero Epic and had this to say about the Avengers roster:

The Avengers films, ideally, in the grand plan are always big, giant linchpins. It’s like as it was in publishing when each of the characters would go on their own adventures and then occasionally team up for a big, 12-issue mega-event. Then they would go back into their own comics, and be changed from whatever that event was. I envision the same thing occurring after this movie, because the [Avengers] roster is altered by the finale of this film.

So what do you think about the shake-up? Seems like they're making room for Doctor Strange, Ant-Man, and hopefully Ms. Marvel but we'll see. Who do you want to see joining the Avengers version 2?

‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’ stars Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner, Samuel L. Jackson, Thomas Kretschmann, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Elizabeth Olsen, Cobie Smulders, Don Cheadle, Hayley Atwell, Stellan Skarsgård, Paul Bettany, Andy Serkis, Claudia Kim, and James Spader. It’s due to hit theaters on May 1st, 2015.
