Due to there being so many rumors about the upcoming slate of comic book movies, I thought a little cheat sheet on the site might be a good idea. I'll update and keep track of all the dates and details for each upcoming movie on both Marvel and DC's side of things.

Review: Doctor Strange
Although "Captain America: Civil War" was the beginning of Marvel's third phase, the introduction of the Sorcerer Supreme is the REAL beginning. Being that this was the first story of a new character since Ant-Man back in 2015 (I'm not including Black Panther and Spider-Man because those were cameos), it really needed to push the boundaries to keep us intrigued. I know it got a lot of hype overseas and I did a pretty god job staying away from early reviews so that I wouldn't be spoiled, at least up until 2 hours before seeing it...thanks internet. This movie is the quintessential setup of the new line up of heroes which include Black Panther, Captain Marvel, and to a certain extent, Wasp. Would this movie live up to the hype of the rest of the franchise? Overall, there has yet to be a genuine flop, but over the last couple of years, I personally kept waiting for that shoe to drop, mainly when they first announced "Guardians of the Galaxy" and then later on with the announcement of "Ant-Man". I had the pleasure of not only seeing it on opening night, BUT was also able to see in the Regal's 4DX theater.
Marvel Drops The Hammer on Hall H!
Saturday is always a monster day for Geek news coming out of SDCC. Hall H is the place to be for breaking news about upcoming movies, casting news, and brand new trailers. We already saw what WB and DC unveiled, not to be outdone, Marvel stepped up and knocked it out of the park again (can't get enough baseball cliches).

New 'Captain America: Civil War' Trailer Has Arrived!
Today is the day! We were promised a new trailer for Captain America: Civil War and we got it! It had everything! We got more of a perspective from Tony's side of the feud this time around and we saw just how War Machine ends up being beaten up pretty badly and cradled unconsciously by Iron Man. We were treated to much more Black Panther action and we also saw a VERY awesome sequence in which Ant-Man shrinks down and flies on one of Hawkeye's arrows. So fantastic! Oh...and Spider-Man finally debuted. Check it out!

The internet was in an uproar because the rumor floating about said that it would debut the same night as Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. This, of course, sparked the Marvel vs DC war again and now we know...it was all for nothing. Netflix and Marvel announced today that all 13 episodes of season two of Daredevil will hit Netflix on March 18th! They also included a new poster and teaser for the upcoming season!

Channing Tatum Signs 'Gambit' Deal!
We were recently led to believe that the deal that had Channing Tatum not only starring in but also producing the 20th Century Fox/Marvel Studios X-Men spin-off Gambit was is in trouble of being finalized. Today we get word that Tatum has inked the deal and that it might make Gambit as central a character as Wolverine has been in the past films. According to The Hollywood Reporter, FOX imagines this version of Gambit to be an "anchor" to the X-Men universe, similar to how Hugh Jackman's Wolverine has been since the start of the X-Franchise back in 2000. This means we could see Gambit aka Remy LeBeau in many X-Men films, as well multiple solo films. Perhaps he may even tie in to that rumored X-Force film thats in the works.
