News broke today that Marvel has finally chosen the Sorcerer Supreme. Variety reports that Benedict Cumberbatch has been cast as Doctor Strange for his upcoming solo film directed by Scott Derrickson with the script written by Jon Spaihts.
Doctor Strange is set to be released on July 8th 2016.
