It was announced today that 'Prison Break' star Wentworth Miller had been cast as Leonard Snart aka Captain Cold for CW's 'The Flash.' He will appear in the third epsiode and I hope many more to follow. We already know Chad Rook was cast to play Weather Wizard in the pilot...or at least one of the Mardon brothers that can control the weather.
