In recent weeks the casting for the upcoming CBS superhero series Supergirl has ramped up dramatically. This past week the pilot began production so it was only a matter of time before we caught our first glimpse of Melissa Benoist in the Supergirl costume. Today is that day!
Miss Benoist herself took to Twitter to confirm the images and her astonishment that she's wearing the costume...
It certainly has the feel of its big brother shows Arrow and The Flash. I like the look of it and I'm excited to see the look of the show overall! But what do you guys think of the costume in these early stages of the series?
