It's been a rough year for the DC Extended Universe. Batman v Superman disappointed so many fans. Suicide Squad, while making a lot of money at the box office, has been destroyed by critics. More recently, director Rick Famuyiwa has left The Flash only six months away from starting production. The only glimmer of hope on the horizon is what we've seen from Wonder Woman so far, and what we've seen has made many fans very excited. Today, we got to see even more! Check out the latest trailer:

For those that are fearful and doubtful of DCEU's success with the news of The Flash losing their director, remember that Wonder Woman also lost their first director in early 2015 when Michelle MacLaren left and Warner Bros. replaced her with Patty Jenkins. We'll have to wait till June to see if this move pays off, and if we can step off of the DCEU ledge.
Wonder Woman is set to release on June 2nd, 2017 and stars Gal Gadot as Diana Prince/Wonder Woman, Chris Pine as Steve Trevor, Connie Nielsen as Queen Hippolyta, Robin Wright as General Antiope, Lucy Davis as Etta Candy, Lisa Loven Kongsli, Danny Huston, Elena Anaya, Saïd Taghmaoui, Ewen Bremner and David Thewlis.
